I am a hobby farmer.

Some of our harvest:

The first picture is a Dragon Carrot. It is reddish-purple on the outside and yellowish-orange on the inside.

The second picture is a San Marzano Roma tomato.

Wondering why you did not have an interest in gardening when you were a kid? We would have enjoyed the fresh veggies! Mom & Dad

When I was in elementary school, I planted a maple tree in our backyard. I don't know if you remember. There was a tomato cage around it to support it.

After it got a little bigger, I took the tomato cage off, since it no longer needed it.

Right after that, Brandon intentionally hit it straight on and ran it over with the tractor lawn mower. He chopped in to bits.

He just thought it was funny. It left a scar on my heart. He never figured out what I did for revenge...

I will have to make sure Brandon reads this! We'll see if he remembers. Mom

Yes I remember very well and it was not deliberate. I was just mowing the the lawn, and any funny looking plants that was in the lawn at the time was getting cut up. However, I do admit that I did think it was a little bit funny. What did you do to me afterwards that I am not aware of.

P.S. Mom told me to keep the comments clean. Lucky you

Brandon
