Toy Bow
Mariana likes the movie Brave. So, I made her a toy bow. It is maple. I carved Celtic knots into it and then painted them.

Very nice. Was it hard (tedious) to paint inside the cuts?
It was easy. I slapped on the paint. When it dried, I sanded the paint off. The carving stayed painted.
