Potpourri Box

We recently celebrated our wedding anniversary. For one of my gifts, I made Jenny a potpourri box with a sliding lid. I don't own a scroll saw, so I had to cut the lid design by hand. Actually, I made the whole thing using only hand tools. No electricity involved.

The sides are walnut. The top and bottom are maple.
