Food


Jenny has been flexing her cooking skills lately. Above you see some of her work. It was delicious.


I made aioli a couple days ago. Aioli is basically garlic mayonnaise. Did you know that you can make mayonnaise with just an egg and olive oil? Of course, those are not the ingredients on the side of the jar at the store. But, I can now make homemade mayonnaise and add different seasonings for variation.

Do you guys forget that you have a mom/mother in law close by and she could help you taste the new dishes you prepare once in a while? :-)
It looks so good.
By the way there is a little leave used in the Tabasco region in Mexico called "chipilin" as an herb. I tried "tamales de chipilin". Ummm so gooood...
