Mozzarella


Some might think we are a little crazy for making butter. But we just dialed it up a notch. Tonight we made cheese!

The top picture shows the curds after draining off most of the whey. Below, you can see me stretching the cheese, making it firm and smooth.



We made about a pound of mozzarella. I shaped them for easy snacking.
