Dolphin Box

I built made this sliding-lid box last week. I thought I might screw it up, since I wasn't working with any drawings or plans. It came out OK, which is good since I gave it away as a Christmas present.

This was the first time I ever tried to do a decorative picture. I have a couple prototype lids in my garage, from when the dolphin didn't come out very nice.

She is 7 lbs, 20.75 inches, and hairy.
Jenny and Mariana are both doing great.

Christmas Lasers

Our Christmas tree is only two feet tall. But it shoots lasers at its enemies. So, I wouldn't make fun of its height if I were you.

It keeps snowing.

The snow keeps coming down. Quincy was a little confused, but he got the hang of it and started running around like a nut.

We have five citrus trees on our property. I hope they all handle the winter well. Especially our new lime tree, which has not had a lot of time to establish itself.
